Refund and Returns Policy

If you have a problem or need assistance with any item you have already purchased, please call 08 6185 1855 for support from one of our trained oxygen technicians. 

Refunds or replacement for faulty or damaged oxygen equipment will be applied when Oxygen West has been notified by phone or email detailing the nature of fault or damage. All claims will be subject to assessment of the fault or damage by Oxygen West or the product’s manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.

Equipment purchases can be returned to Oxygen West and a full refund will be given where such goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging within 72 hours of purchase. Where the product has been unpackaged and/ or used there will be no refunds due to Health Regulations on medical equipment. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Normal warranty times vary please refer to the warranty information of your specific product. Some manufactures of extension options that can be purchased through Oxygen West or directly from the manufacturer.
